  • How to taste and describe spirits using the WSET level 2 systematic approach to tasting (SAT)

  • Understand how to effect style using the four stages of spirit production

  • Learn how aromatized wines are made

  • Learn the four styles of drinks and how to balance cocktails

  • Understand the 4 stages of alcohol production and their aims.

Costs:

  • AED 5,600 per person for an 8 week online course 

  • In person tasting seminar including 20-30 samples, 2.5 hour exam and digital study pack
